Shipping Policy / Delivery Policy
Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase. We use Federal Express for your delivery. Sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express deliveries occur Tuesday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please also be aware that during extreme temperatures the delivery time frame may change to ensure the best quality product is received.
We offer replacement within 30 days on any package not received as suitable due to damaged packaging or other damage. Please call customer service at 508-591-3499 within 30 days of purchase date or email email@example.com.
